ORIGINAL DELAWARE PORCELAIN LICENSE PLATE VERY HIGH QUALITY 1943 tab. 46-603. This plate is in amazing shape with small areas of porcelain chipping near the top two bolt holes. Someone may have added black color to cover the damage or maybe thats the original color , I dont know. this is a gorgeous plate for display.
